We want you to love your skin-loving makeup; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
